The Kentucky All Weather Waterproof Pro 150g Turnout Neck Cover is designed to be used with the All Weather Waterproof Pro Rug. The outside fabric is made of 1680D high tenacity polyester which makes it extremely strong, durable and dirt-repellent. The PU waterproof and breathable coating makes it resistant to all weather conditions.
The edge behind the ears is lined with artificial rabbit skin to prevent rubbing the mane, and the the neck cover can be easily attached to the rug with the four strong Velcro fastenings.
