Neue Schule Tranz Angled Lozenge Full Cheek

The Neue Schule Tranz Angled Lozenge Full Cheek encourages straightness in the horse, with its full cheek design helping to reinforce the turning aids. This type of bit may be useful to improve steering and direction in young or resistant horses. The full cheek is also ideal for fast work, as it prevents the mouthpiece sliding across the mouth whilst turning. The mouthpiece features Neue Schule's unique Tranz Angled Lozenge, which has a rounded shape to prevent too much pressure on the tongue. This lozenge promotes salivation and mouthing, allowing the horse to soften and not lean.

Neue Schule bits are made from Salox Gold, a unique engineering metal that rapidly reaches body temperature, vastly improving comfort in the horse's mouth. This material is also softer than traditional stainless steel, reducing 'jarring' and tooth wear by absorbing impact forces into the bit rather than the teeth. By creating a warmer and softer feeling in the horse's mouth, this bit helps promote a soft and consistent contact, encouraging relaxed acceptance of the bit.
